FAULTDECODED

Using troubleshooting guidance safely

Read the meaning first. Before acting, check that the manufacturer’s instructions apply to your exact model.

Three labels, different boundaries

Safe check

A check classified as USER_SAFE in the underlying documentation review. Follow the stated conditions and your model’s instructions; this label is not permission to open or repair the appliance.

Use caution

An action with prerequisites or precautions. Read the complete instruction, including any isolation, cooling or access conditions. Do not skip those conditions.

Professional service recommended

A service condition or action intended for qualified support. We do not turn these instructions into a do-it-yourself repair procedure.

When information is limited

If an entry only documents a meaning, we do not add speculative checks or repair instructions. Missing guidance does not mean an appliance is safe to continue using. Refer to your manufacturer’s model documentation or support service.

Respect the scope

Do not apply an instruction from a different model or a similar-looking code without confirming it in your own documentation. Where source instructions conflict, those entries are not included in the public lookup library.
